Office Assistant
We are looking for a qualified office assistant for our office.
Responsibilities
- Order, stock, and manage requested parts for field technician
- Handle inbound phone calls, screening, and route calls to the appropriate party
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing email
- Assist in managing the company invoicing and data entry
- Performs additional duties as required
- Process paperwork for service work orders; verify accuracy of work orders; post changes as needed; file completed work orders
Qualifications / Experience
- 1-2 years of customer service and general office experience
- Excellent spoken and written English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office or similar applications
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- Generate and maintain departmental progress reports periodically
Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
