Office Assistant

We are looking for a qualified office assistant for our office.


 Responsibilities 

  • Order, stock, and manage requested parts for field technician
  • Handle inbound phone calls, screening, and route calls to the appropriate party
  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing email
  • Assist in managing the company invoicing and data entry
  • Performs additional duties as required
  • Process paperwork for service work orders; verify accuracy of work orders; post changes as needed; file completed work orders

Qualifications / Experience

  • 1-2 years of customer service and general office experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office or similar applications
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Generate and maintain departmental progress reports periodically 

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent
